🐲 Movies Under the Stars – How to Train Your Dragon (2025)

What better way to spend an evening than outdoors watching a movie under the stars!

The City of Gold Coast Movies under the Stars program is free, family-friendly fun on offer from September 2025 through to April 2026 right across the city.

Gather your family and friends, pack a picnic or take advantage of delicious food options available in the local area.

• Event date: Saturday, 21 March 2026
• Location: Paradise Point Parklands, Paradise Point
• Event starts at 4.30pm with kids’ activities, face painting, live music, and with food trucks onsite.
• Then stay for the movie starting at 6.30pm!

Movie: How to Train Your Dragon (2025)
On the rugged isle of Berk, a Viking boy named Hiccup defies centuries of tradition by befriending a dragon named Toothless. However, when an ancient threat emerges that endangers both species, Hiccup’s friendship with Toothless becomes the key to forging a new future. Together, they must navigate the delicate path toward peace, soaring beyond the boundaries of their worlds and redefining what it means to be a hero and a leader.
