The Movies on the Esplanade program is free, family-friendly fun on offer February & March 2026 on the Esplanade (outside the Paradise Centre entrance / Wahlburgers / near the Hanlan St roundabout), Surfers Paradise.

In honour of the 2026 Winter Olympics we’re screening the true, inspirational comedy of the first Olympic bobsled team from Jamaica! A Jamaican bobsleigh team fights many odds, including a reluctant coach, to compete in the 1988 Winter Olympics. They train in harsh and sunny climes for a sport that chills them to their bones.
